Perceived person-environment fit and women’s career transitions: A comprehensive review

چکیده

Career transitioning has become indispensable due to the need adapt technological advancements, globalization, changing job market dynamics, and evolving employee expectations. However, prior research shows that career transitions a large extent are influenced by of how well person fits with their work environment. This paper aims comprehensively review relationship between perceived person-environment fit (PE fit) among women. It also explores role PE in influencing women's transition decisions. The study further delves into women’s unique challenges achieving good during transitions. discussion this suggests P-E plays vital empowering women hence, provides foundation for interventions policies can enhance development satisfaction.
